With zero knowledge about video editing or cameras, Ryan lied on a job application after high school to gain employment filming and editing videos for a summer camp. He spent months making a video every day and asking for critiques. He didn’t sleep much, but he did get an offer to return the next year.
Unsurprisingly, Ryan later graduated from Full Sail film school. He interned at Nickelodeon and began working as an editor in Cincinnati, where he married his wife and they had two children.
In 2013, he co-founded LEAPFrame so he could do more of what loved: animate. He once heard that you could read every manual and learn every program, but if you don’t have the feel
